Meet Stephanie puckett, Lcmhc

You’re already stronger than you think you are.

You struggle with fear and avoidance, even though you want to be present in your life and relationships.

I’m here to help you discover your potential.

You’re hardworking but tired and overwhelmed. You crave support but also feel disconnected from those around you. Negative and worrisome thoughts make it difficult to concentrate and focus on what’s important.

You want to learn how to balance life and find joy again. You aim to know your innermost desires, needs, and wants and how to communicate them.

You’re in the right place.

My style

The right kind of support can make all the difference.

I’m a therapist who helps individuals cope with anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions. For over five years, I’ve helped people overcome obstacles and return to living a fulfilling life.

During my years as a crisis counselor, I grasped the vulnerability we all face as humans. I created safe spaces where individuals could heal, grow, and find meaning through difficult life circumstances.

It’s not easy to struggle alone, and it can be scary to ask for help. As a non-judgmental and unbiased party, I’m here to walk you through some of the hard stuff and find yourself again.

My guiding principles

Compassion

I aim to create an empathetic and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and validated.

Trust

My goal is to cultivate an atmosphere of care, concern, empathy, and security.

Collaboration

I strive to ensure that your therapeutic journey is an equal partnership toward meeting your goals.

Safety

I aim to stay attuned to your needs to help you through difficult emotions.
